Testing Nature Bright

Nature Bright is an odorless stain remover. It's best compared to OxiClean. With my girls you can only imagine the stains on clothes and even the floor. So, I decided to get stains out of clothes and the carpet. It says to mix water with Nature Bright before you use it on clothes, but I just poured the recommended amount in the laundry machine while it had water in it. The long wait of the wash was over and there it was no stains!! Last, I tried the stains on the carpet. I mixed Nature Bright with the recommended amount of water and poured it on the carpet. I went to go get a rag and scrub brush to use on the floor. Well, when I returned the stain was almost gone already! I didn't even touch it yet! I just scrubbed a little and the rest came right out. These stains were dark and have been on the carpet for months!Unbelievable how this stuff works. It's hypoallergenic too and has no fumes. Yet another Basic H2 test!

Ok, ok, I thought I was done with the Basic H2. I found yet another test to do with the wipes that contain Basic H2. I decided to use them in the kitchen and bathroom. I grabbed a wipe (which is orderless) and wiped up a grape juice stain from the counter along with miscellaneous junk that has been sitting overnight. I'm usually scrubbing really hard to get the crispy things off of the counter and dried-on sticky gunk, so I started off giving it all that I had and got a little disappointed. It didn't seem to work by just scrubbing as hard as you could, so I decided to be a little more gentle and in a small circular motion I rubbed everything off!! I really couldn't believe it! The wipes worked better if you were gentle with them. lol! Who would have guessed? I proceeded to the bathroom and just wiped down the sink which really wasn't as dirty compared to the counter in the kitchen. Then as I walked out, I noticed the portrait of crayon scribblings. Yes, my daughter loves to color on the walls. I've tried getting them off a few times with other products. Either they didn't work or would strip the paint off the walls. I knew I had to give these wipes a try. I wiped gently in circular motions again and the crayon was disappearing right before my eyes. What was even better about these wipes on the wall was that the paint wasn't coming off with it! Thank you Shaklee!!! I'm really in heaven now since this is an apartment and I would like my security deposit back when we finally get a house! lol!

Basic H2 as Degreaser

I know it took me a few days to get this one done, but I had to save up a big nasty mess to have something to clean. Lol! I have an electric stove and had some food overflow while cooking and then I cooked some more and more overflowed. I'm sure you can imagine what a lovely burnt on mess that left! I let it sit for a day and a half and then decided to conquer it. I mixed 1 1/2 tsp of Basic H2 with 16oz of water in a spray bottle and then sprayed that lovely stove. I did let it soak for about 5 minutes since I'm used of letting other brands soak for quite a few minutes. I decided to use a sponge this time. It worked fantastic!! I didn't even have to scrub hard at all! I had all the grease in my elbow reserved! lol! Again, Basic H2 has no fumes or smell to it at all. This definitely is my favorite product since it's so versatile and awesome! Thank you for taking the time to read my blog. Basic H2 as an All-Purpose Cleaner

Hello! Today I tested Basic H2 as an All-Purpose Cleaner. I was really excited about this one because I have been leaving my counters really dirty for this test. hehe :) With my 3 1/2 year old being so independent; it's real easy to make my counters a huge mess. She even helped me cook yesterday, so that mess is there as well! I usually get stains on my counter from juice and other foods and dried food just cakes right on....I left those there too. I mixed Basic H2 (1/4 tsp) with 16oz of water into a spray bottle. I shook it up and then sprayed it along my counter and outside of the microwave. I then did something different....I tried to use just a rag instead of using a scrubbing pad like I do with my other all-purpose cleaner. Well, that rag along with Basic H2 All-Purpose Cleaner worked fantastically! I didn't even have to use the good ol' elbow grease!! How awesome is this? I was so intrigued that I couldn't stop cleaning! Lol! I ended up cleaning my nasty old stove and fridge with it. I love this stuff so much and I know anyone else who tries it will love it too. Test of Basic H2 as window cleaner.

I decided to test Basic H2 first since it has so many uses. It can be used as a degreaser, all-purpose cleaner, and window cleaner. You just take one small drop and add it to 16oz of water in a sprayer. It ends up costing about a penny. I want to note that this product has no smell to it at all. It's great that I can clean without coughing or my eyes itching! I don't even have to worry about my daughter trying to clean the windows with me since it's so safe. I can breathe deep while cleaning my mirrors and windows. My mirrors and windows get pretty gross from my 3 1/2 year old. She's messy when she brushes her teeth and washes her hands. She loves looking out our patio door marking it with sticky fingerprints. I spray a little on and use a rag......wow! The mess came off in a jiffy and it didn't streak at all. If I use any other window cleaner, I have to go over it twice to get the stickiness off which usually streaks the windows. This is definitely wonderful! Next I'm going to try rubbing some butter onto the window to make it more greasy. I follow through with a spray on the spot and wipe it away! The other leading brand of window cleaner definitely didn't work as well as Basic H2 window cleaner. No more harmful chemicals are needed to clean these windows and mirrors! I will have to post before and after pictures....I'm even going to set up a Youtube account to prove this really works fantastic! Look for this link soon.
